Accessibility Statement
Our Commitment
MyFoothold is committed to ensuring our platform is accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. Accessibility and inclusion are part of how we design, build, and test MyFoothold — not an afterthought.
Accessibility Standards
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA — the current W3C Recommendation, which encompasses the earlier WCAG 2.1 Level AA standard referenced by U.S. accessibility regulations — and to meet our obligations under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Accessibility Features
- Full keyboard navigation for users who cannot use a mouse
- Compatibility with screen readers, including descriptive labels on controls, images, and form fields
- Light and dark color modes with text contrast held to WCAG AA levels
- Support for browser text resizing and page zoom
- Reduced-motion support that honors your device's motion preferences
Known Limitations
MyFoothold is currently in beta testing. During this period, some new or existing features may not yet function as intended for users of assistive technology. Every release is scanned with automated accessibility testing tools, and we review and fix issues as they are found. If you encounter a barrier, we want to know about it.
Contact Us
If any part of MyFoothold is difficult to use with assistive technology, or you need an accommodation, email support@myfoothold.app or use the in-app "Contact support" option in Messages. We will work with you to provide the information or service you need and to address the issue.
